Music for Zombie Gaming - Part 8

No Zombie Gaming playlist would be complete without the Resident Evil Soundtracks.

The score form the first Resident Evil movie features an awesome blend of orchestral work and industrial techno and Metal, a theme that continues through all of the Resident Evil movies.

However you feel about the transfer of Alice from video game to the big screen, the film's soundtracks stand alone as an epic background to any Zombie Gaming night.

  2. Awsome. I think the state of decay soundtrack would be a good one to mention as well.

  5. I love this series of posts, Adam. I'm nicking heaps of tunage for the Safe House event.

I re-watched the Dawn of the Dead remake the other night and I had completely forgotten how good that soundtrack is. Johnny Cash's "When the Man comes Around" at the beginning gives me the yes feelings.

    1. Thanks Simon, great idea. Music has always been such a big component of my hobby, I'm glad there are others who feel the same way. Absolutely, I really love that movie and that tune is now forever entrenched in the zombie genre for me

    2. So too, for me, is Metallica's "For Whom the Bell Tolls" after the beginning of Zombieland. As if that tune needed the help to be awesome.
